Positions Available
Position Summary:
At Diga-Talk+ (DTP), we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us grow Diga-Talk+ locally and across the country. The sales account representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.Objectives of this Role:
- Represent DTP’s push to talk radios products and services through consumer research to identify verticals that show how our solutions meet their needs
- Identify appropriate prospects, generate leads, and build relationships by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on and visit existing or potential customers
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service
- Prepare professional, concise reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for senior-level presentations
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a Business-to-Business sales setting, previous experience within the communications and/or two-way radio industry ideal
- College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism and personal integrity
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Clean motor vehicle record and car insurance.
Compensation:
Base salary commensurate with experience, plus commission on sales closed. Earning potential is high 5 to 6 figures for a motivated salesperson.Additional Benefits:

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our line of DTP products in a compelling way.Objectives of this Role:
- Represent DTP’s push to talk radios products and services through consumer research to identify verticals that show how our solutions meet their needs
- Convert qualified leads and generate new business with existing customers by upselling
- Identify appropriate prospects, generate leads, and build relationships by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales verticals
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service
- Prepare professional, concise reports, and other documentation as required for senior-level presentations
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a B2B sales setting, previous experience within the communications and/or two-way radio industry ideal.
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

Position Summary:
At Diga-Talk+ (DTP), we would be nothing without our service team. We’re seeking a qualified technician with excellent problem-solving skills and customer service for our busy service department.Objectives of this Role:
- Represent DTP’s push to talk radios products and services with excellent customer service, and professionalism
- Installation, preventative maintenance, testing, repairing, and modifying various two-way radio infrastructures
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, discuss, and resolve questions and problems with customers in a positive and efficient manner
- Analyze and comprehend diagnostic test results to repair and program radios and wireless equipment
- Self-Starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Travel to customer sites when needed for installations, and other fieldwork
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the radio and communications industry
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of two-way radio theory and communications systems
- Ability to program, troubleshoot, and perform system diagnostics on complex radio systems
- Experience and knowledge of battery backup systems, base stations, repeaters, multi-couplers, duplexers, and basic networking skills
- 2-year degree in electronics or related field or comparable military training and/or experience preferred
- Able to work overtime when needed
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean motor vehicle record
- FCC General Radio-Telephone License or PCIA (NABER) certification is a plus
